Step 1: Remember to take off your makeup every night!
This is probably one of the most important steps. At night when you sleep, our skin’s pores open up and they absorb everything that is on our skin. This means that if you have good skincare ingredients it will absorb these and if you have all of your makeup and dirt from your day out it will absorb these. Can you guess the difference, then, this makes on your skin? Huge!!!! I do understand though how much of a bore it can be doing this every night. I am not a big fan myself. Still I have found products that make this the easiest thing in the world. Some of them also clear out your skin from the dirt of the day, too, so it’s just like you’ve washed it.
